Sneak peak

This was the final choice... my beloved Katherina!
And, as you can see, the bags are now ORGANIC FAIR TRADE!
This was really important to me.
These have been printed by the lovely people of I Dress Myself, who print with eco-friendly materials and techniques.
I am SO excited about these!
I'll put them up tin the shop asap!

Got milk?

No, and I won't. I do not mean to preach, but this post is for those who wonder about veganism.

Give orangutans a break

You are Nestle, and Greenpeace targets you for your unethical practices. What do you do?
a) Establish a dialogue with Greenpeace to see how can you improve such practices
b) Ignore it
c) Try getting the campaign banned

Well, Nestle was uncoscious enough to pick c. That's making a statement, twice: I do not intend to change, and I inted to keep it quiet. Lovely, isn't it?

Gésine Hackenberg

It's been a while ever since Gésine Hackenberg made this piece, but it's still stunning. The subtlety, the materiality, the joy...

Holiday ideas: furoshiki

Here's how to wrap your Holiday gifts a la Japonaise, with square cloth: Furoshiki.

The cloth can be reused and washed forever. The possibilities are endless!

As I was saying...

... Cosa Verde is awesome, and... Now I am in Cosa Verde! Yay!

You can see my Cosa Verde shop here.

Cosa Verde

Just found out about these guys! This is a brilliant showcase of eco-minded crafters and artists. (click on pics to go to their cosa verde store).

I have to make a special mention of the jeweller on top: Elizaveta. The stuff is so crazy and grand is just amazing. It's encouraging and inspiring to see that she is selling these without a problem too!

Airpod car

I'v never really felt the desir to drive. I have not really needed to, either. But this made me feel so much like driving around. So far, it's the best alternative to current cars that I've seen. What do you guys make of it?

Eco advertising.

Curb is a London-based advertising company. They use techniques like cleaning surfaces with a stencil or stamping snow or sculpting sand. 10/10 on creativity, 10/10 on eco-responsibility!

The Story of Stuff

I know I keep on going on about shops and design, and that I'm trained as an industrial designer, but I still feel the need to pass this video on. It's a bit of a New Year resolution, keeping my head clear of what is needed and what's not. Although I'm sure that as a vegan on a small salary in a provisional flat I'm not the biggest consuming monster out there. Anyways, information is power.

You can have more power here.
